MRT 1.0 exhaust

ok guys, ive been shopping around and trying to hear a multitude of v6 exhausts in person....of the ones ive heard i really like the sound of the MRT v1.0 AND it seems to be quite popular amongst the v6 crowd. i found it on the MRT website for 429.00....anyone aware of a distributor or website i might find it a little cheaper? i know 429 isnt expensive for exhaust haha but every little bit i save can go towards other mods (and an engagement ring) thanks in advance

If your talking about axle back that price is a good one. You will be hard pressed to find cheaper, just make sure you get free shipping. I am looking at SOLO Cat back and saving my dolllars, their web site shows 895.00 w/free shipping. I have heard there exhaust in person and it is just what I am looking for. I have the v6.

I havent really seen MRT exhausts for sale on websites like autoanything or andys auto shop

I would say just go directly to their website and get it that is your best bet.

Good luck on your engagement ;D

haha thanks for the good luck!! im in the same boat as far as finding it ANYWHERE except on their website. compared to other systems 429 isnt a bad price considering there cant be much difference in performance between a $400 axle back and a $700 axle back in my opinion

if you were choosing a axle back for 700 id say save up 100 more for a cat back. That is just my opinion. 429 is a pretty good price, idk hopefully someone else on this forum has seen it somewhere else for a lower price.

anyone have any sort of horsepower gains with the mrt axle back? I just saw a video on the flowmaster axle back and they were talking about 13 hp and 22 ft lbs. sounds pretty good as far as gains i just like the sound of the mrt better....

Camaro Parts 2010 2011 2012 | Aftermarket Accessories has the lowest prices on MRT Camaro Exhausts. The V1 and V2 is extremly popular and loved in the V6 Crowd!
