This is copied from MRT's website:

The MRT Version 1.0 Axle-Back Exhaust for the 2010-2013 V6 Camaro offers enhanced presence and tasteful performance sound. Compared to the MRT Version 2.0 Axle-Back for 2010-2013 V6 Camaro, the Version 1.0 Axle-Back exhaust note sounds louder and more aggressive at idle. There is more crackle in the exhaust note. In the high RPM range, the two exhaust systems sound similar.

The MRT Version 2.0 Axle-Back Exhaust for the 2010-2013 V6 Camaro offers presence and tasteful performance sound. Compared to the MRT Version 1.0 Axle-Back for 2010-2013 V6 Camaro, the Version 2.0 Axle-Back exhaust note sounds smoother, deeper and slightly quieter at idle. The result is a classic, muscular sound. In the high RPM range, the two exhaust systems sound similar.

Save your money and buy a Cat-back exhaust. Something that will add power and sound. Axle backs offer sound but no more power..

Roll the Dice has a video posted in this section of his Solo cat backs with Solo high flow cats. Sounds really good.

I agree with Camaro Freak. I am running the Pypes Cat-back and LOVE it, BUT something to concider is if you go with headers espicially the long tubes it will drastically change the sound. After I installed my LT's I had to add a set of resonators to tone it down. here is a vid of mine before the headers.

MRT 1's and 2's will sound similar at WOT. But from idle on up the MRT 1's are louder.

If you go with LT headers plan on a Magnaflow Resonated X pipe to help control the RASP. Here is my setup going down the local track this past spring.

"Resonated X Pipe"? By chance is that something that can take the place of resonators in the exhaust?

Probably. You can take the resonators out, if you don't like it take the H pipe out and replace it with the Magnaflow X pipe.
