Modifications....

hey guys, I was wondering with all of the modifications that a lot of you seem to be doing with your Camaro's if the factory warranty has expired on your cars? The reason I ask is from what I have heard, a lot of the things you all are doing to your cars should be voiding your warranty's. I have heard things like Cold Air Intakes, certain exhaust modifications and some other things fall into that category.

I voided my warranty when installed the cam/headers/hi-flow cats/stall convertor set up back in Feb.

cold air intakes, exhaust, or anything that you buy aftermarket is fine(in most cases) and will not void your warranty. you are protected by the law below. forced induction, internal engine components or porting/polishing will void your warranty. obviously your 3/36 exhaust warranty goes out the window but your powertrain(obviously most important) will stay intact.
