LLT & LFX owners!

Take the time to smell your oil on the dipstick when you check it. We have been seeing more failures of the HPDI pum main seal allowing raw fuel to flow into the drivers side head and into the crankcase diluting the oil. Some have found this by seeing their oil level increase (Making oil), but either way, this needs to be on your list when checking oil level as the results are not pretty. Just an FYI to help your V6 live longer.

ohhh...nasty. We have not seen that one yet that the Cadillac dealer. We have had a hand full of CTS's with the high pressure pump failing and not putting out the pressure, but that's it.
