Header gaskets blow...

The gaskets are usually really good, so this is probably my fault. Looks like trimming them so they dont hit my headers was a bad idea.

Cleaned the header flanges up, nice as possible.

Those gaskets usually work very well for a long time as long as the flanges are flat on the header.
..Have you put them on a belt sander to insure they are flat? Or you could go over them with a straight edge.

Yeah I was using the BBK gaskets. The OEM ones are a million times better. Sanded and check the flanges after. Theyre both perfect luckily, just had to sand off some of the crap left from the gaskets. New hardware and everything as far as bolts and bolt lock washers antiseize and what not.

You'd have to buy me one 1st. Any machine shop will have one. It'd be a cheapto have done, and it's be within 0.0005" if the machinist is any good.
