Throttle body question...

Will a TB change my exhaust sound ?

Current mods/Upgrades:K&N CAI/MRT Version 2 Axle-back Exhaust/Z28 Factory Style Spoiler Wing/JacFab License plate bracket/Camaro ZL1 Replica Wheels(Satin Black) by Factory Reproductions/"CAMARO" Caliper Covers(Matte Black)/Elite Catch Can/Window Tinting.

Future Mods/Upgrades: Vmax ported TB(out of stock as of today)/Vitesse throttle controller

I didn't notice much difference

Me Too, did not notice any change. Only change came when I installed the axle back system, love it.

Tampa Camaro Corvette Tuner

The more air in and more air out will change your exhaust note. The ported throttle bodies work very well for throttle response, but the throttle body alone wont flow enough air that you'll hear your exhaust note change. Add air intake and headers will. Then an after market cam, will also make it louder.

That's the thing I don't want to make it louder, I have K&N CAI - MRT 2.0 Axle-back exhaust and I love it.
Before posting this thread I did a research and I came across this comment where this guy stated that adding a throttle body will change your exhaust note.
