im going to start with the Comp Cams XR281HR, intake 228 exhaust 230 (@.050") 0.571" intake .573" exhaust 112 LSA

i had this cam in my L92 head 6.0L s-10 and it ran great, this stroker LS3 having 50ci more than the 6.0L will tame this cam down a bit but it should still make good power

415ci stroker,TVS 2300 Magnacharger, cnc heads, cam, yank ss3200 converter, Kooks long tubes, Bwoody true cold air kit, magnaflow 3" cat-back, lowering springs,BMR control arms and tie rod bars, 3.73 gears, diff mounts,

Any concerns with too choppy of an idle with the 112 LSA? I suppose a bump in the idle rpm would keep those random misfire codes away.

this cam was actually very smooth at idle in my 6.0 engine, it idled better than the gm hotcam i had in it before

and i have hp tuners, so i will be able to dial in the tune

Wow, well you're not wasting any time!

Should sound good, strokers always have a unique sound, and that cam will sound nice while being perfectly streetable.

Looking forward to the updates!

You planning on putting any miles on the stock motor before you throw this in?
