So...I may go to a dyno this weekend. With the upgrades that are already on my car...What do you guys think I should be getting in terms of numbers?

LS3 w/long tube headers, CAI, and catback exhaust.

The manuals are putting down around 365rwhp in stock form.

CAIs are usually worth 15-20rwhp.
Headers are usually worth 15-20rwhp.
Cat-backs are just noise changers on these cars, little to no power gains.

Bottom line: with those mods you should be north of 400rwhp already.

As Tim stated

CAIs are usually worth 15-20rwhp.
Headers are usually worth 15-20rwhp.

however also keep in mind if you go with headers you will more than likely get a tune to take care of any CEL/ check engine lights.
Depending on the tune and the car you may pick up as much as 50 hp.

When my car was a L99

1 7/8 longtubes , Xpipe and Mufflers
CAI and a Tune I picked up exactlly 51hp

depends....on the dyno, the tune, header size etc...but you should be over 400...maybe 410ish.
