AC compressor reflash - affects custom tune?

Just got my 2011 SS back from the dealer for a recall on the AC compressor. They had to reflash the "BCM", and I'm wondering if it put everything back to stock as far as my Diablo Tune. The car didnt feel any different, and the 1-4 shift was still off, which leads me to believe that the tune is still there.

If anyone can confirm before I get home around 5:00pm that would be great.

This is what they gave me:

I havent done anything yet. I just got to work from the dealership...

If I need to load the tune again thats not a problem, but if anyone knows if this screwed something up, I'd like to know

When I got my tune they said they do not go into the BCM. Only the ECM (engine control module) and the TCM (transmission control module). The body control module controls the radio, windows, lights, things like that.

Life is too short to drive an ugly car.
I bought mine from Camaro Scotty!
