TSP 231/236 4.11 Gears Drive Ability Video

I have gotten many questions about my gears and cam. I hope this video will answer a lot of them. As you can tell in the video, you can hear the amount of road/gear noise is very little. The gears are the loudest at 81-84mph and then the wine is gone by 85. Still very livable though and can even be toned out by the radio.

Thanks to:

Apex Speed for outstanding customer service and fast shipping
Texas Speed for a great cam and accessories
EFI Alchemy for the install and tune

LMAO, I was meaning compared to a complete stock setup. It is awesome for a cam setup but as always, it will not be exactly like stock.

well, im pretty well beyond a stock car now. ive been on the fence with gears for a while now. im wanting 4.11's. how does the car do at about 75 mph? what gear would you be in? 5th or 6th? right now in 5th the drone is more aceptable, but in 6th its so **** loud. hoping gears will adjust the rpms enough to let c6th gear be more usable.

I have the Doug Thorley catback which has zero drone with headers and cat deletes. However, 75mph should put you close to 2200rpm in 6th gear. You can try that to see how the drone is. I do not condone breaking the speed limits though. Possibly try 200 rpm in 5th gear, it will be the same as in 6th noise wise.

sorry, but I got a good laugh by the amount of times you said "TSP 231/236".

gears ROCK....the best mod you can do on an M6 car, even if the car is otherwise stock.

what? you mean the TSP 231/236?

sorry for being such a 4.10-fanboy....hopefully you will really like them when you finally do pull the trigger.

also, when you do them, besides replacing the diff bushings, get one of these covers....(increases fluid capacity by almost 50%, which is pretty good considering stock, it only holds a quart )
