kooks headers and borla catback

I currently have a Borla s-type catback on my 2012 L99.. I'm wondering will these kooks LT headers I'm ready to purchase bolt right up to the catback? Or will I need to do any additional work to make them fit together?

and as far as the high flow cats go.. do I really need them? Will there be a substantial gain/benifit? or can I do without them?

Let kooks know what you have and they will make sure it will fit. I'd go with the 1 7/8 LT over the 1 3/4.

As far as high flow cats, it will give you a few more HP by freeing up some of the restrictions from the stock cats, it will also give you more exhaust note if that's important to you.
