2012+ Variram still on B/O

I don't know if any of you guys and gals are thinking of getting a Variram air set up for your 2012-2013 Camaros for the SS yet. I just got off the phone yesterday again with them and they said another 30-45 days out for realeasing them. I told them I will wait as I had one on my 2011 1LT and it looks like the factory put it there. They also told me it is even better than the original one they have for the 2010-2011 year SS'S. Just thought I pass that along. Im waiting for the Variram , then Ill install the rest of the exhaust,LT headers and cats and get the tune done. Then next year a cam installed. I live in ford country and I hear the comments in my gym after I pull up in my SS from the cobra ownersBut they don't know im a motor head from way back Im still amazed on how much better the engine revs and feels with the V-Max ported TB. Worth every penny.

If you get a custom tune then most tuners will offer free adjustments for a year. I just thought I'd pass that along...because you don't necessarily have to wait to do everything at once before the tune. Is the upgraded CAI strictly for the 12-13 Camaro or did they upgrade the 2010 system as well? And will the 12-13 system fit a 10?

I asked them this a few months back, as I would also like to try it out on my car. At the time they told me that it "would work, but would need to be optimized for the pre 2012" cars... What exactly that entails, I do not know, I figured I would wait until it came out to get one and try it. From our conversation, I assumed they would have to slightly alter it for best performance on their end for the pre 2012 cars but we'll see.
