Introduction of GM Performance Parts RPO LS3 Crate Engine

DESCRIPTION:
GM Performance Parts is pleased to announce the availability of the LS series Gen IV small block V-8, 6.2L RPO Code LS3 production crate engine. This new complete production engine is rated at 429 horsepower and 424 lb/ft of torque. This engine is standard equipment in the new 2008 Chevrolet Corvette. Now GM Performance Parts is making it available for your customers and their project cars or trucks.


EFFECTIVE DATE:
Immediately


ORDER INPUT:
Available to all GM Dealers.


GENERAL INFORMATION:

Price - CONTACT CAMARO SCOTTY
Supported by GM Performance Parts standard limited crate engine warranty of 24 months/50,000 miles (see warranty card, item number PT-WA-0036-08)

Comes without ECM and wiring harness

There's a guy with a picture of his 4th gen on a facebook group I'm on..he says it has a LS3 in it.

Nice! After I get my settlement check for my accident I see a forged LS3 TT in my GTO and a new Camaro! And no more payments! Small price for not being able to walk right.

I can't wait for LS3 blocks to become available. LS2 ones are only $1K. LS3 blocks shouldn't be much more.
