Could I delete decel popping with a handheld tuner?

I have too much decel pop for my ears to enjoy when I let off the gas pedal. I am curious as to whether or not I could remove the decel pop using a handheld programmer. Any info would be appreciated.

Probably not. I did the DS Predator canned tune and it stayed. I now have a custom tune and it is still there. You will probably always have that sound unless you can find a tuner that can custom tune it out for ya.

Changing to a milder cam would help with decel pop, but you'd lose power. A more restrictive exhaust would help too, but once again, you'd lose power.

Oh hell no! In that case I won't do anything. Don't want to lose power.
