just got done dropping $800 on a new hood and spoiler and i wont even be home to put them on for another month........ money was about to burn a hole in my pocket had to buy something.....


anyway just knocking out a to do list before i leave for iraq..


Always been in love with the 4thgen SS's..... so i bought an SS hood and spoiler.... although ws6store said i might have minor clearance issues between the hood and my slp lid?/? anybody ran into this before?

well first things first God Bless you for your service. I have the same problem with money but it seems taxes and morgage are my issues so feel good you can spend it on a nice hood and spoiler. Bobb

I have an aftermarket SS hood too, and it does rub on the lid a little.
My solution was creating a felt bowtie emblem that adheres to the bottom of the hood where it rubs.
Looks good and is functional at the same time.
