I don't change my use of fuel because of the price.
I think the real issue is the cost of products going up that hurts most because of transporting those products.
Even if gas went up $2 a gal more I would still use the same amount.

I don't drive a whole lot, probably around 10,000 miles a year, so I'm in the same boat.
Sure I'd like it to be cheaper, but I don't really complain about it.

I pinch my pennies by driving slower. I agree, I will not change driving any less, but definitely smarter....

I drive at least 25,000 miles a year.....but at least it is not in the same vehicle....
