ASC - the comapny that converted 4th Gen Firebirds into WS6s has been sold.
They filed chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in May 2007, and now have been bought out by Hancock Park Associates.

Hancock has many other automotive holdings, and felt this purchase would compliment those.

Hancock Park Associates is also the majority investor in... yes, that's right... Saleen, Inc.

So Saleen and ASC now have the same owner!

im sure they will make some model to appeal more to the ricers. i dont know why. i dont see this as a good thing
