AUTO MARKETING: CHARGING AHEAD: Chevrolet Volt ads show GM's direction down road

You can't drive it. It's nowhere near dealerships yet. We don't even know if its batteries will work. But General Motors Corp. is pitching the Chevrolet Volt in TV ads, on the sides of buildings, in print and on AM radio.
