I own a 2011 SS RS convertible 400 hp with auto trans, is anyone experiencing a 2 - 3 shift that flares cold or hot on first up shift either cold or after shutting the engine down hot? The flare up will not happen again during operation until it is shut down again.

I have a 2012 with the same power train. Not sure what you mean by "flares". I don't feel any difference with mine, hot or cold.
