Does the camaro have any hope of being an autocrosser or is that up to the Solstice and Skys? I know it will have the muscle, but what about negotiating cones on a real twisty autocross course? The corvette is pretty big considering all things, and so is the Camaro. Any thoughts on this would be appreciated as I make my decision down the road for an autocrosser.

See my signature - the old one was competitive and I would think the new one would be better.

I agree. I think this machine will do good in every genre. I hope to see a z/28 option for handling and SS option for straight line.

If your region is anything like mine, you should stop by and check it out. It doesn't cost anything to do that, and once you do it, you'll be hooked. Most of the time, you can walk up to drivers and ask to go for a ride.

I really don't understand exactly how it works. I have friends that are in to it. But I do admit I've seen them do it it does look fun. When I say I don't understand how it works I mean how score is kept and every thing a buudy of mine just went this weekend and did a 53 or 54 what ever that means

PM Sent explaining Autocrossing, because this is getting off-topic from the Camaro.

However, if anyone else is curious about Autocrossing, and you want more information, feel free to PM me, and I will tell you what I know/don't know.

I've got some cool videos if you click on my profile, too.
