like the title says...what all do I need? tb, air filter, intake, anything else? its got the 305 btw

Off the top of my head:

ECM, wiring harness, all of the sensors (crank, TPS, etc), fuel pump & filter, Distributor IIRC, fuel line to TBI and I'm prob forgetting some stuff as it is a bit early still....

Why are you wanting to do that?? Msd has a great fi system I've used before if not why not go non ccc and get an msd ign. And a nice carb?
