Pff, your ideas would seem too 'radical' to them, aka 'common sense'. :D
hell they made the viper AND Challenger, still so they can't be all "Crazy"

I think new ideas like mine would help their cause to overhaul. I would be hard pressed to design every **** thing with the Dodge cross grille from a ram onto every design, plus anything beyond that is an improvement.

-The viper design in comparison to the rest of the Chrysler lineup leave much to be desired.

-The challenger looks like a resto modded original chally; so I cant give too much thanks to the design. Hell, after seeing the One-off Cuda and seeing how similar it is to the Concept Chally at Barrett-Jackson; I have to say the Chally isnt too impressive.

-They need a sport compact that has some dignity like the Cobalt and scrap the **** Caliber. Hell, I had more respect for the last gen neon than that **** thing.

-They need get bold and make the Ram radically different from the last decade. Change wont hurt it.

-Make a CUV with RWD with V6 to V8 optional. The new Journey looks like a Caravan and a Cherokee had secks (has AWD, but no V8, blah)

-The Nitro looks like a Scion xB on steroids (and add longer hood); aka Bigger Box.

-The Avenger......... well, jesus christ they have proven that they can design a mini charger with FWD. Like I said, it steals styling from a popular nameplate and rip it off with a FWD car. I dont look at the new Malibu and see heavy Impala, vette, or camaro styling.

-The PT...... its time to redesign and move on. Refreshing the bumpers dont do it.

-Durango..... proving that they can make ugly in any size.

- And finally the Charger. I like the styling, but I hate they used a name from a legendary 2 door car to make sales. They should of called it the Intepid or something else that doesnt have hardcore history behind it. Its the same move they used to sell the new HEMI. It called by a legardary name of the past but doesnt have the key element of the original.

A lot of people will prolly disagree, but that my stand on modern Dodge design. They have one of two problems:

-They have old, unmotivated, uninspired, or horrible designers

or...

-They have great designers and staff, its just the guys running the show are the just as dumb as they are overpaid and dont adopt the designs.

I think its the latter, but I still think I could do the job.

I love the avenger, and followed it ever since they announced it. They did something really cool that I wish GM would do. They had a "build&price" for the Avenger concept. A bunch of different options with made-up prices. And you pick what you want if they offered it. And at the end you submit it in. I dunno if they listened to anything people did on there (no manual trans or small turbo-diesel) though, but it was a good idea.

I would want an avenger right now if it had a GM engine and trans in it. Especially if it was RWD and had that DI V6 with 6spd manual or auto in it. :O
