ok 96 camaro 3.8 v6

the colder it gets here in michigan tha harder it is to start. Is it caused by a aged relay or just an annoying problem with no fix?

Try a couple of cans of Slick 50 fuel injector cleaner (or some simliar product) over the next few fillups if you haven't done an injector flush recently.

Its not particularly temperature related but its cheap, easy, won't hurt anything and may solve the problem.

its not that is won't start its that is doesn't crank untill after holding ignition to start for about a while then it will crank and then instantly start.

i have run 4 cans of industrial fuel system cleaner throught the car.

any one know of a update relay for cold weather?

Starter sounds like it might be hanging, next time u go out to start it, tap on the case of the starter motor, not the soleniod, with a hammer, not really hard, three-seven times. Might be ur fix
