Three weeks ago I posted my disappointment of the purchasing experience our SS. Wasn't sure if it was the economy, timing or what, but the WOW factor was not there, anyway, the dealer heard of my disappointment and they invited me back for some courtesy service to make it a nice experience. I am glad I went back. They really exceeded my expectations.

You will probably talk to Shay in finance. He as well as the whole dealership want you to be pleased with your buying experience. Also Jess in Customer Relations was great too.
