Does anybody have any suggestions on true dual exhaust fir a 99 LS-1? It has been lowerd a couple of inches, so I can't go too low with it, or I will tear it off on a driveway. I was thinking about the Magnaflow kit with the dual mufflers in the back. Has anyone had any experience with that particular kit? Or any other suggestions?

The shops are uncoperative

I have had several shops tell me that it is illigal, and that they wouln't help me. I had one shop say they would do it for me for $2000, but they needed proof on the title that I wasn't going to drive it on the street again. I don't understand the big deal with the shops. Is it an Arizona thing, or do theese people just not want to deal with me? I have put the link to the magnaflow kit if you want to see what I am talking about.
Thanks for the advise.

Texas-speed Sells a TD bolt on kit. Must be the areas I had mine put on no questions asked. However I had to raise mine back up as the shop wasn't that good at tucking them and I dragged on everything.

I have flowmaster 1 chambers. They tuck pretty well as they are just a fraction of an inch taller than the 2 1/2 exhaust just like the Borlas. That part on mine don't scrape where mine was botched is instead of passing both pipes through the driveshaft loop/tunnel brace only one passes through there put bothe of the through there and you'll have no probs. But if you are lowered more than an inch expect scrapes no matter what system you use.

You can find TD images on the net I printed up several and brought it to my local exhaust guy to redo mine now that I have headers on it. Put the X pipe where the loop/brace is ran together back that way. ends at the mufflers no turndowns yet. I want to hear it first before I have some put back on. When I get it back tomorrow I'll post some pics.
