I have never had to do this before in my career, but I am now writing performance reviews. I'd prefer to just fire them instead of write about the good and the bad, but human resources says that's not the way to handle it. :lol:

I just had to vent a bit. :blahblah:

Yeah, they suck. We have to do them every month in the Marine Corp is you're a fireteam leader or squad leader or such. It's really annoying because a lot of times the performance of the person hasn't changed since your last review. So you spend an hour trying to think of something new to write.

Amen to that mecury i know how you feel just got done doing one of those two days ago.Its especially hard when you havent seen the person in a month and you have to find everything out from some one else.
