FE2 = Level 2 Suspension
FE3 = Level 3 Suspension

Ok, that doesn't help at all. :D

FE2 is a general, good handling, good riding suspension.
FE3 is a step up, more sporty, better handling suspension while maintaining a good ride quality.

Pretty generic explanation but that's the best I can do since I don't know much specific information.

Camaro SS with the FE3 suspension has a 10mm lower ride-height than the V6 with FE2.

I'm wondering if it's just stiffer shocks/springs and bigger sways. That's what they did in the past.
