See where GM is opening up a plant in Russia! Thats where the Camaro will be built!!
Each Z/28 and SS will come with a plate the says : "From Russia With Love"

Dude he is not serious about the Camaro being built in Russia. They may be opening a plant there but the Camaro part was a joke.
