I've owned a couple of diesel cars. They were great for mileage and reliable as hell. I dreaded heading into the mountains with them because they were sluggish, but I'm sure the new ones will have alot more power.

I WISH TO GOD that I had a diesel in my SIlverado. I absolutely LOVE the new Turbo Charged Diesels.....Think about easy 500hp and 1000lb/ft of torque!!! AND Gale Banks is working on a twin turbo setup for the duramax...700+hp....

I just read a small write-up on the remote possibility of a diesel Camaro in 'Popular Hotrodding'.....IIII don't know about that. A "diesel Camaro"....just doesn't sound right. :screwy:
