Well the price for a barrel of oil dropped below $50 today. Good news because the price of gas has finally dropped below $2.00 a gallon locally.
I'm for more E85 gas engines but it has to be cheaper than regular unleaded to make it a popular switch. I costs the same locally for regular vs. E85, so why bother? Most new cars are very efficient in hydrocarbon emissions.
The Govt does need to crack down on trucks since the auto manufacturers sell such a high truck to car ratio. Bio-diesel will also help ease the U.S. dependence on foreign oil.
