Have any of you heard anything about a rumored 7.5L V10 smallblock?

I read about a genIV 7.5L V10 based off the LS engines. Its suposed to be a new engine for the Silverado HD. Can't find much info on it though.

I read on some website that showed GM's proposed future plans..a V10 engine for the trucks is suppost to come soon. And I think a 6.2l is the new Vortec Max either next year or the year after that.

I remember hearing about this several months ago, but nothing came of it then.
I wonder if the idea is still bouncing around at R&D.

I can't seem to find the webpage I saw it on before..it had GM's plans for the next SEVERAL years nice and laid out. Engine changes, style changes, etc.

screw a silverado i'd swap a v6 maro and put that 7.5L v10 in the car

Didnt Chevy make or attempt a V10 in the late 80s early 90s??

I saw a while ago that they're working on a V10 for the HDs..read it on some webpage that listed GM's plans for the next several years.
