Yep. Looks like a Jeep Commander humped an '06 MDX and this was the unfortunate out come. I've never cared for the Pilot and obviously, I still won't. Thank god for Acura. <- I'm allowed to say that. I'm a Hondafanatic. Neener neener.:p

It'll probably still have the J35 in it still too. Lovely.

Better looking than that boring 2 box design they have now. My wife and I test drove one and I think I dozed off while looking at it.

Who cares...its Japanese. And, as usual, the Japanese had to mimic a successful American design.:patriot:

The Pilots are designed and built in Ohio. Yes, Honda is a Japanese company but the Pilots and CRV's are the American designs. So we can only hold ourselves accountable for that. Most of the Hondas you see in the states are designed by the American design team for Honda. The only exceptions to this are the Acura TSX, RSX and RL, and Honda S2000.

Really? What you're saying is we all have to hold ourselves responsible for what some American employees of a Japanese company design and build in Ohio? I don't think so. Do you work for Honda? If you haven't figured it out by now, I dislike Japanese cars companies and their tactics and intentions to overtake not only the US car market but to dominate the planet. Sorry, call me shallow or short sighted if you will, but when I see Toyota wrapping theirselves in the American flag it makes me sick. Its an attitude like yours that certainly doesn't help matters. Are American car companies without blame for the shape they are in now? Of course they are at fault. I just don't care to support any Japanese car companies. That's my opinion, and if you want throw anymore smart-alec comments my direction, feel free.:patriot:

Wow. That's one hell of an opinion. I can see that you are very passionate about it but no need to jump up in my butt over it. Simmer down, man. I wasn't being anywhere near b*tchy, which I can only assume by the "tone" of your text you must have misinterpreted. I was simply stating that while Honda is a Japanese company, the designs are American by source. Do we need to blame ourselves? Um, No. I didn't design it did I? It is more than obvious that you didn't but some other American did. So blame him or her, not me.

Just for the record, do not take your hatred of Japanese cars out on me. I could sit here and insult you in a similar manner in which you intended to do so to me but I have more class than that. I think you understand yourself enough as you stated in your above comment.

Explain to us why Honda turns a profit when no "American" car companies do?
