I'm sure you have boiled eggs for Easter, how do you peel and eat them?

I take one, smash it on the bottom (not top or sides...the bottom of the egg!), and then run it under cold or warm water (depends..well, not really but oh well) as I peel it in large pieces. (I think my record is like 3-4 seconds) These are perfect peels btw! No blemishes...lol.

Then I salt top and bite half way, resalt and bite like an apple (creates a half-moon shaped egg piece) then resalt and finish!
