[Camaro Scotty]

This is for ADDING fogs to a CAMARO LS, or for those that have the big blinker bulb factory fogs.

These are aftermarket OEM Spec foglights for a 2007-2011 Tahoe (surprise, same part number as Camaro, usually at a lower price). They come in standard CLEAR or SMOKE. I opted for the SMOKE lens, which has a mirror like finish with a marginally darker lens.

The pop right in place and use the factory fog bezels, which are these part numbers:

LH: GM PART # 92194282
RH: GM PART # 92194283

They have the standard GM fog light connector and should plug into your harness if you already have fogs. LS owners, you either need to add wiring, relay and switch, or you can connect to your parking lamps so they come on when your lights come on - this is the way I will be connecting them.

I'll be doing a wiring video (I hope) this weekend or next weekend.

I like the look of the tint. Is there a good way to tint lenses? I would like to do my backup lights and DRLs. I added LEDs and they are yellowish when not on.

The dark mirror is not supposed diminish the light....and since itis an H3 bulb, it should shed more light than the factory blinker-like bulb... We shall see soon!

That's why I think it's a good "upgrade" even if you already have the factory ones in... PLUG AND PLAY!

I have just bought some OE like fog lights with the PS24W bulb and they are not connecting with the harness so I was wondering if I purchased these if they would work.

I've heard that with the LS, if I just tie in the fog light with the side marker, that it will blink with the turn signal. Is that true?

Is there a harness for the LS that will make the fogs the DRLs?

Will they work since I have the RS package? I have just bought some OE like fog lights with the PS24W bulb and they are not connecting with the harness so I was wondering if I purchased these if they would work.

These have factory GM wiring connectors and H3 35wt bulbs.

Clear will certainly be brighter. I wouldn't recommend replacing them with halogen bulbs greater than 35wts - the factory wiring isn't really thick enough to handle it.

K2 WILL work because of the factory connectors

the wiring isn't heavy duty enough just to run power from the sidemarkers. I used this for my "switch" wire from the relay. When the relay senses they (sidemarkers) are on, it allows power to flow from the pos and neg wires in the harness

Worked great on my 2013 1LS and decided to use the LED bulbs so the harness and relay might be overkill but that is fine.

Does anyone know what the best wire harness to buy to add fog lights to 2013 Camaro ls. I bought the Phastek light kit with bulbs. I want to do a hard wire correctly to add a switch in the car so I can turn them on and off when I want? These are the lights I bought I need to order a harness but don't know which one to get?
