I've never seen the concept 5th gen in person. My first look will be at the auto show in March. For those that have seen the concept, how does the interior room look in real life? I'm really only concerned about the front passenger area, as i'm sure the back seat will be small. Does it look at least as wide as the 4th gen?

Easily as wide, if not wider.
The back seat is significantly more useable too.
I was quite comfortable in the back seat of the concept.

I'm over 6' tall and I was amazed at the legroom in the back seat! Front seat tracks are located on the transmission hump and rocker panels in the Concept... which leaves good stretch-out room under the front seats for your feet.
Hopefully this feature will be incorporated into the production model.

I believe the longer wheelbase will yield a couple more inches rear legroom....

The leg room look be just as roomie and the 4gen. i have pictures of the drivers side looking in on the silver show car and it looks roomie. Lets hope they keep the cat out of the interior so that it does not take away fro mteh leg room.
