Now that seemingly every car magazine on the planet has taken the Camaro concept for a "test drive," it looks like it's the celebrities' turn. Tonight Show host and hard-core car guy Jay Leno created the latest photo-op for the concept car last Friday, when he took it for a drive in Burbank, California, ending up at the retro-cool Bob's Big Boy diner for its Friday night American Graffiti-style Classic Car Show.

 The concept sure is gettin' around! :D

That's cool. The more exposure, hopefully translates into a production announcement!

Man I am about tired of gm dragging their feet on this! yea they are showing the car but what good does this do for us! The people that love the challanger get what they want and all we get is Jay Leno driving the car big deal! The ford lovers get a 500 horse pony and oh yea what do we get that's right nothing!

Keep the faith! At least it's better than the alternative, ie; NO concept Camaro, no Camaro news, no Camaro returning, etc. At least there's a strong possibility of us seeing a "NEW" Camaro in the future. ;)

I understand people's impatience but we waited 4 years to see the concept, it has been out 6 months and we're ready to riot?

I guess I don't see what all the fuss is about over an "official" announcement when they have said repeatedly they are working on it as if approved....

So when then make an announcement isn't really going to affect how soon the car comes out, because they're already working on it. Not like they are delaying or wasting good time sitting around twirling pencils waiting for the green light.

well dodge has had the same amount of time as gm and they confermed their challanger and ford produced the 500 horsepower cobra. We should have heard something like a confermation by now! All the prospective buyers that are having a hard time deciding what to buy are getting a better look at these other cars and gm is going to miss the show if they don't stop dragging their feet!

the challenger is a lot easier to engineer because it's on an existing platform .. GM is designing an all new platform on which the camaro is one of may cars
