I don't have a chopper but if I ever was to buy one I'd want a Jesse James built bike.
He's been my favorite builder since I saw monster garage. I think the 275k fine that the state of Cali slapped on him may have something to do with the article.

I'm not a fan of Choppers. This includes the production chopper-style bikes Harley is making.
I like real motorcycles, that are actually meant to be ridden.

When my father was out of town for his old job he worked with a guy who rode his Harley every day, even during the winter. I think it was in either north or south carolina, can't remember.

And you can get a little sportster..they run around $8000 for the cheapest and get over 60mpg I believe.

A Dynaglide or a Softtail for me. A 1200 Sportster would be the 3rd and last option. No use going 'metric' because the HD holds it's value so much better.

They don't make the soft tail I want anymore. The 2007 Soft tail standard was THE perfect bike for me(nice ride style, fuel gauge which is a must have, forward mounted foot controls), it no longer exists.

I wouldn't mind a Vrod, though.

Back on topic. Jesse James as an enviromentalist sounds strange.

He can just keep doing what he likes and does best, the hell with everybody else. The mention of an E85 bike sounds good. He could make an E85 engine an option and run for Governor when Arnold's term is over. Treehuggers and enviro-wackos eat that sh!t up.

I really think the state fine of $275,000 may sway his thoughts alittle. Especially if California hits him yearly with that till he uses compliant engines. He's a rebel but no dummy.

I've seen so many postings from people in Kommifornia bitching I've suggested that they move out of that place and move to the United States.
