At Laguna Seca this year for the final American Le Mans Series race, I noticed that some things haven't changed over the years: People really enjoy seeing race cars that look like road cars, as they do in the GT1 and GT2 classes.
I don't care too much for NASCAR anymore. I like watching races where the drivers have to turn the steering wheel left and right a little more and work the the brakes and gears alot more.
I care less about the turns and more about the fact that the NASCAR "cars" have nothing to do with the namesakes stickers that are all over them. Nowhere except a NASCAR track can you find a new RWD Monte Carlo. And no way in hell the engine in it will be available decently priced.
