Dodge inadvertently leaked an image of its yet-to-be-unveiled 2008 Ram pickup with an accidental posting on its Mopar Accessories website. A single photograph of the truck appeared where an image of a 2008 model should have been.

Since the image was discovered, Dodge has replaced the picture with a stock photo of the 2008 model. No official specs were leaked along with the image, however past reports have already indicated most of what we need to know.

I understand trying to facelift the current Ram has its limitations with the design heritage, but do they feel threatened by Japan so much as to include a freakin TUNDRA GRILLE??? The last thing this country needs is to imitate any Japanese car styling. WHY? Because "style" and "Japanese car" have never been two words I would ever utter together. Unless of course I stated: "That Japanese car LACKS STYLE.!!!" Foreign junk.:patriot:

It looks like a Tundra copy.

And yes, that is an insult.

I liked the old look..it had "Dodge RAM" all over it. I guess we should be happy it doesn't look like the new Dakota..which is just piss-ugly.

Cover up the front, and the rest looks like an F-150.

I used to really like Dodge for their relatively awesome styling. Because that was the ONLY thing Dodge had going for it for a long time..they're overpriced..under powered..but look **** good.

After the Caliber(it's Meh at best)..the magnum(it's an improvement over the old one but still looks like a brick on wheels)..the Dakota *puke*..and now the Ram? Geeze.

Yeah, back in 99 I bought a full size Ram, because I wanted a truck, and at that time Dodge was the only one that felt like a truck. Chevy and Ford felt like large cars. I wasn't thrilled with the styling at first, but it grew on me. Then they dumbed it down, and just dumbed it down again.

Same thing with the Viper. Radical styling right out of the gate. Huge HP, in your face front end. Now look at it....looks like a man that has been married for 10 years, beat down and submissive. Oops, did I say that out loud?

Maybe Dodge will give me a job in the design department and fire some the dead weight over there.
