hopefully Lear will make a comeback, and buy back the majority shares of IAC! these chumps bought out 51% of the interiors division and tore our contract apart! i wish the UAW would have stuck by OUR sides like they did with GM instead of standing by and letting them "concession" us to death.

i would really love to be making Camaro door panels instead of f_rd exploder doors, chrysler consoles, and toyota bedliners

I was at a Lear plant today...I have a new job(for a little while, anyway) as an associate quality inspector with Product Action. I was inspecting passenger side outer seat rails.

This plant was assembling seats for Ford.
