That should be a good starting point for the Camaro's HP speculation. We know it shouldn't be lower than 415hp and could go up.

On every dyno graph (done correctly) the HP and TQ will always crossover at the constant of 5252 RPMs. What gives with this one?:confused:

Good catch. It doesn't cross on others posted at the GM powertrain site.

Questions need to go out to the guys at GM powertrain.

Probably right about the scale. HP is 1/2 scale of TQ. that would move the cross over right on up close to the spot.

Another thing I noticed was that the dyno graph for the G8 is 415 [email protected] 5900 rpm, whereas the the Camaro was quoted at 422 hp @ 5000 rpm. The hp line is still climbing quite significantly beyond the 5K mark. That my friends, tells me the General is severely underrating the LS3 and L99's #'s.:roxor:

I also can't get over how flat that TQ curve is!:eek:
