i dynoed my car(LS3) last thursday. the car was completly stock except for the muff. delete. it was 8:30pm, 75% humidity, 85.5*f. it was VERY humid, as it gets to about 99*f during the day here with a heat index of almost 110*f. 870 miles on the car, no fans blowing on it at all. It made 354hp and 354lbfttq. the guys said the delete in noway hurt the #s. i will post the sheets and link to the vid as soon as i get them. Remember it was VERY humid and HOT even at 8:30 pm.

here is the shop it was done at, they are LS experts. next i will dyno it with the CAI on and a tune!

I have heard different accounts from people who have done the delete. One guy said that he gained 17HP at the wheels but many others have said that they lost some HP due to a lack of back pressure.

Lorcin and Selena did a dyno before and will be doing one after, I think.

They had REAL good numbers before.

We will see after.

They have stickers too, so am excited!

Technically, you should lose a little torque, but gain top-end HP when you reduce backpressure...
Yes, but with mufflers, at the end of the exhaust I think it will be no loss at all.

I am probably wrong, but I think there will be less loss than if the mufflers were centrally located, due to the amount of volume for and aft the mufflers making said back pressure!
