The problem with putting anything on the bottom of the hood is heat.
However I suppose something like that may become available as a GM Accessory, that certainly isn't beyond the realm of possibility.
Now, that being said, I wouldn't expect to see a carbon-fiber one like on the concept, that would cost alot. Though I suppose that is a possibility too.
