The NHSTA has announced that it is investigating complaints involving 2006-2007 Toyota Tacoma pickup trucks for unintentional acceleration.
That investigation impacts 362,000 vehicles.

Toyota has had similar problems in the past with its Prius and Lexus ES due to defective floor mats.

Really? Gee, what a shame for good ol American-as-apple-pie Toyoddy! Maybe these "trucks" will all unintentionally accelerate themselves off cliffs... works for me.:patriot:
I knew it would only be a matter of time before more problems at Toyota occurred. I had mentioned in another thread how the Japanese car culture tries to hide or head off defects before the media or Govt. authorities get involved.
Defective floor mats?

will it result in anything??

and anyone see this on the 5 oclock news? No wonder why? Cus it did not have a blue oval a pentastar or the letters GM in it..thats why..
Defective floor mats?
