that was 3 years ago. its long gone now. i yanked the engine out of it and put it into a sonoma that was lowered 5" lt1 with cc305 cam and t-56 the lt1 brakes are smaller then ls1's and when an explorer pulls out infront this happens.Hoodscoop said:flyinglow57 - nice job! The hump in the floor, and the window motors are my biggest gripes about the 4th gens....
I'll also say the cat hump, and the long front overhang and comparatively short wheelbase.
My car is 196 inches long, with a 101 inch wheelbase. So basically 1/2 the car is overhang.

Add one tire height to wheelbase.... 101+26 = 127
Then you get the real amount of overhang... 193-127 = 66
Compared to the concept car....
Length 186, Wheelbase 110, wheel height 28... 186-138 = 48
18 inches less overhang!
I get the point you're making, I'm just a number geek.
The blind spots, the cloth seats could be better, and the floorhump.
Speakers suck, squeaks and rattles, leaky t-tops. Oh, and the front overhang that tends to hide curbs on the pass. side. I always run **** over.

yeah, i would say the cat hump, window motors and the lego interiors!!!!! and all the **** squeaks!!!

floor hump, window motors & LT1 fog lamp replacement. I seem to have gotten used to the overhang issue, it only took 9 yrs.
