i would guess, you need to have the negative camber re-aligned initially when you get these tires so that you have an even surface for the tires. just adding them to a car pre-aligned for normal tires would cause uneven wear to the camber tires.Even with the preset camber the final actual camber will still depend on how good your alignment is. So someone could theoretically offset the tires built in camber with the mechanical alignment.
It's a neat idea though. It will be interesting to see if this takes off in the main stream.
