just call... a local place, even a rim shop may have a local. cus my uncle does powder coating but not for personal clientel. has to be for business. like if u sent ur rims thru a rim shop than he will do it, but not for a personal client. i think it's due to the kinda of shipping needed. kinda like certain places for motors. they need a business address.
