I have a 2012 with a power passenger seat. A few months ago I noticed that if I tipped the seat forward by using the manual latch on the back then set it back the power back adjustment would not work. If I pushed it back hard then it would work, well it has stopped working all together :(.

Any ideas? I read somewhere that there is a micro switch to make sure the seat is latched before the power function works? Does someone know how to get to this micro switch?

New to the forum, thanks

You should still be under factory warranty? If not did you purchase and extended warranty? Take it to the dealer and have it fixed if you are covered.

My 2012 Camaro has the same problem with the driver's seat. It is now stuck in the upright fprward position and I cannot even get into the driver's seat. How did you fix the problem?

Look for connectors. One may have come partially unlatched.
