Is it ok to run a power wire from the alternator to the starter then from the starter to the fuse box then from the fuse box to the battery?

I moved the fuse box to inside the car and I am trying to keep wiring at a minimum, but I wanted to make sure it is ok to do it that way.

It seems like it would be fine as long as there all positives and all hooked together at some point right?

I guess I can do some other things on it till then, but I have been wanting to hear it run so bad:D

put my billet alt bracket on today, if im lucky it will solve my belt throwing problem. last week i tried an underdrive, deep groove pully. it got better for a while, but then still threw a belt, overheated and cracked a radiator tank. with the new bracket, it will be mounted correctly and should be able to keep a belt on. if not i will have to do a serpentine setup. i hear there is a cog drive for crank, waterpump, alt with a vbelt for ps. ill let you know when im driving it again.
