After a little over a year of sitting in silence over the hardship of getting my car 100% after taking delivery from RX I have had enough. So I will get down to the point quick.

I paid for a turnkey twin turbo kit from RX in Dec. 2011 and took delivery end of March 2012. And the car wasn't still ready, as I had to help and get dirty to finish the kit and test the car out. It felt great at first but later the nightmare began. I had his help at first but everything sent was wrong or even more wrong. SOOO I just started paying out of pocket for everything to fix the wrongs. I almost traded up for a 1LE but back out. To this day I am still paying for new MAF sensors and oil quarts. I have to clean my engine and MAF regularly. I was finally offered to have the car rebuilt with Matt (when he was there) looking over the improvements. When Matt left didn't like what I was seeing and being practiced at the shop so I backed off and cut ties to RX slowly. As of this past weekend I have finally worked out all the kinks thank's to some help from Derrick (Gretchen), Matt at FSP and Mike at SE-Power. Finding and custom making the parts needed properly has been a long task. But with me over looking it all and doing the labor myself I can ensure it's done right. Some may ask why I waited so long to open my mouth but enough is enough after seeing all these new builds going south under his direction. I am not the only one. Alex (V6owner) and Chris (BaylorCamaro) and I have wanted to write reviews for a long time. But we always gave Tracy a chance to right his wrongs but no thanks now. The message he left me tonight was uncalled for also after the mess I have been dealt from him.

He's called me a theft because he sent me a turbo to replace the bad one. But I aint return him the old one back as I used it to fund my repairs. No one in their right mind would return it when money can be made to repair his damages. Plus I paid for parts I aint receive and my car was missing bolts and parts that in had to replace myself. He had never offered to repair my damages till Matt from FSP was working for him and asked him to do his past customers right. All I was getting from him was parts here and there to fix the issues. But the parts always sent were wrong. So this was when I started repairing things myself. As I wasn't dumb enough to send my car back to that madness of a shop.

All of my turbo kits problems since delivery.

1. Pipe welds break

2. Wrong size oil lines and fittings installed

3. Wastegates weren't install properly

4. Meth kit staying on continuously

5. Missing parts I paid for

6. Over tightened my header clamps causing clamp failure

7. Missing header bolts

8. Catch can failed

9. Wrong BOV spring

10. Boost control installed wrong

11. Charge pipes and intercooler filled with oil

Man that is ugly with that oil everywhere. Also I do not get why you would mount the intercooler like that. I'm sure it still works decent but not at its optimal level. That crash bar / support blocks like 90% of direct air lol, good lord.

I am so sorry to see this, it really puts a ***** in my faith in people. I've been following this fiasco and this is right in line with the others out there. All that oil! OMG. Have you made Progress with your build? These are such beautiful machines and it pains me as a machanic (diesel tech in the Marines and Coast Guard) to see this. On the flip side, I applaude you sir for putting all your issues out there to help others not make the same mistakes.

Yeah I'm making good progress now. Thanks to a few people's help the last few months. All started when Matt got to RX and ended when he left. But started back up with progress when he opened FSP. He has called in a few favors around the industry to help get me on track. All this without him charging me a penny. Awesome guy Matt is. Have to repair the other turbo soon. But now thanks to Tracy Vince at Trifecta isn't supporting any of RX's builds past and present. So that's another hit in the balls for anyone that has a RX kit in general. Makes you think if going back to stock and selling is a good idea. Z/28 anyone?

wow man! Noooo keep the boost if you can, im such an addict having come from a turbo car. But I'm glad to hear things are starting to shift your way a bit. Good people can renew faith in society, its too bad they are so far and few to be found. This site is actually a nice relief from some of the others i have been a member of. i actually touched base with Matt the other day to weigh my options for what i am looking for out of my Camaro. I gotta say that my first impressions were good. He answered all my questions in detail and gave me exactly the info i needed to make MY OWN choice on which way to go. All with out any up-selling or any mention of the shenanigans transpiring on the forums (I thought it was pretty professional he didn't bash other shops to gain a customer). There is a silver Camaro in his shop for tt at the moment, I'm going to try to check it out and see the finished product and his workmanship.

And cant-see-me was sent a $1200 new turbo as soon as he said he had an issue and has yet to return the one for warranty or pay for the new one....is that justified? That's theft, yet all is ignored on the scams these are pulling here. Anyone wanting to know any accurate info stop in the shop in person and see....no way to fight all the forum BS here. Return the turbo or pay for it...no company would allow any different.

And you had me return my entire kit for a refund and told me it was TOO hacked up blah blah blah and then turned around and sold it to another customer. And you haven't refunded me anything. What do you call that, Tracy?

Sir you stole from me first when I didn't get what I paid for. But you always whine about some one dragging your name in the dirt and stealing from you. But you haven't to this day on any thread answered to any of the accusations. Showing the true side to things about you and your business. Photos are worth a lot and text/emails are also.
